TechRanch offers a variety of events for local entrepreneurs - from informative workshops and seminars to networking events and user groups.
TREK
TechRanch Entrepreneurial Knowledge events are held 24 times a year in the TechRanch conference room. These seminars and workshops typically last for one hour over lunch. Our guest speakers are subject matter experts and are often recognized nationally for their work. We have had over 25 national venture capital funds present as well as many attorneys; sales, marketing and business development professionals; HR and operations consultants; granting organizations; tech transfer offices and some technical driven presenters as well. Any suggestions for speakers are welcome and should be sent to Prairie Lee.
Networking Events
Each quarter TechRanch hosts a networking event in Bozeman that brings together professionals from the high tech sector. These informal gatherings often include high ranking government officials (the governor and all three congressional delegates have attended); top MSU researchers and students; local software and biotech executives and staff; professional service providers; investors and TechRanch clients.
User Groups
TechRanch has created a user group to fit everyone's needs. From our Technology Transfer, SaaS, .Net and Creative Marketing User Groups, each company gains knowledge and is able to network with community members and leaders in their specific business. Any suggestions for presenters are welcome and should be sent to Prairie Lee.
Bootstrap Montana Seminar Series
In late 2007, TechRanch partnered with the USDA to develop the Bootstrap Montana Seminar Series. TechRanch will present the tenets of bootstrapping in communities across the state. Bootstrap Montana is the first program of its kind to spur economic growth in Montana's under-served rural communities. The Bootstrap Montana Seminar Series will be offered in Conrad, Miles City, and Whitefish. Each of these seminars is open to Montanan entrepreneurs, potential entrepreneurs, business advisors, and business service professionals. Interested parties can find out more at www.bootstrapmontana.org.
