The Montana work ethic is continually a topic of discussion. Representing TechRanch as the only native Montanan, I am pleasantly struck by these comments. I have heard this stated a number of times during my TechRanch career. Having come from a cattle ranch, I know what it's like to fix the bale wagon without being a licensed mechanic or to feed cattle in subzero temperatures. Things just have to get done with no time to wait for a better time. I see this work ethic as a key differentiator for our clients and the Montana community.
